Dealey Plaza is the historic heart of downtown Dallas. Lined in old brick buildings, this airy, verdant square was the scene of the assassination of John Fitzgerald Kennedy. As a result, the plaza and the Six Floor Museum are part of the Dealey Plaza National Historic Landmark which comprises six square blocks that feature among the most important sites of the President's assassination.
