Situated just outside the old town, this elegant restaurant with contemporary furnishings also boasts an attractive outdoor space near the entrance. The meat and fish dishes served here combine creative touches with a solid foundation in traditional Croatian cuisine, as well as a focus on top-quality grilled meats. There are two tasting menus (five or eight courses), plus a fairly extensive à la carte. Among the appetisers, try the prawn and crab salad with miso and toasted almond cream, salicornia, seaweed and buckwheat “pops”.
