This beautiful 12C bastide overlooks a picture postcard medieval village… The chef crafts Provençal cuisine that navigates between gutsy classical recipes, such as snails, and more contemporary preparations, e.g. tandoori curried octopus. Good food in an authentic, rural setting, which can be extended by booking one of the guestrooms – what more could we want?
