Baptiste Renouard is at the helm of this contemporary bistro, which is open all day long and serves brunch on Sundays. This talented chef is all about culinary indulgence: expect traditional cuisine (supreme of corn-fed chicken, a full-bodied tarragon jus, mashed potato; citrus vacherin, fresh herbs), with a few French classics making a welcome appearance on the menu, such as œuf meurette (egg in red wine sauce), whiting Colbert, pot-au-feu or pike quenelle. It's concise and flawless, thanks in no small part to the quality of the ingredients. Opt for the upstairs dining area, with tables close to the large bay windows, or the terrace in fine weather.
