The dishes are generous and made using high-quality local produce; the recipes are well executed and carefully adjusted to suit European palates. A good example of this is the sea bass steamed with ginger, shallots, coriander, Chinese soy sauce and hot vegetable oil… The breath-taking view over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez remains unchanged!
