The cuisine is centred around two tasting menus plus an additional vegetarian option, on which the innovative dishes are a fusion of international cooking and authentic Greek flavours, with plenty of creative detail as an added touch. Many of the aromatic herbs used in the dishes here are grown on the roof terrace.
