Opened in 2016 on Delta State University campus, the Grammy Museum Mississippi boasts almost 100,000ft²/28,000m² which showcase the major legends and styles of American music. Special emphasis is placed on Mississippi's contribution to America's musical heritage and on Southern music: blues, country, jazz, rock, soul, gospel, bluegrass and zydeco. Films, soundtracks, costumes and instruments galore. Live concerts take place in the outdoor auditorium.
