Located close to Paksong, one of the main towns on the Bolaven plateau, this powerful waterfall is one of the most spectacular in the region, descending around 100m in two sections amid a landscape of thick vegetation. Small bridges across the river provide access to the natural swimming pools upstream. A dedicated viewpoint has also been created below the falls. Its impressive spectacle and ease of access are behind its huge popularity, particularly at weekends.
