His experience menus are an ode to his childhood memories and family recipes, emphasising bold flavours and Malaysian produce. Each course is intricately crafted and composed of numerous ingredients. Expect to spend up to 3 hours over your meal. Speciality cocktails and wine pairings complete the experience.
