Between Île de la Jatte and the American Hospital of Neuilly, this traditional Japanese restaurant offers a variety of menus: sushis, bento, omakase and a tasting menu. The fish is of the freshest quality and meticulously prepared as one would expect. The traditional Japanese desserts are exquisitely presented. The interior is unsurprisingly pared down with light wooden fixtures and white walls and the 100% Japanese staff is dutifully attentive. The tea service is carried out with full ceremony and each diner is walked out to the street and thanked on leaving.
